Casters

CMP casters mount to the bottom of all CMP rack frames when used with caster bottom plates (below). Both rigid and swivel models are available in any combination.

CBP Caster Bottom Plate

A CMP caster bottom plate must be ordered when you order your frame if you intend to put it on casters. The CBP is made of durable, prime 11 gage steel and can be welded to the bottom of the frame at the factory. It can also be added to an existing frame by ordering a bolt-on version.

DFF Dollies For Frames

CMP dollies combine the stability of an extended base with the convenience of casters. All are made from 14 gage steel with 12 gage steel supports, and are supplied with two (2) 4" diameter rigid casters plus two (2) 4" diameter swivel casters.

You can also order your CMP dolly with all swivel casters by adding the suffix -AS to the part number, and/or include a foot lock by adding the suffix -FL.

CMP rack frames can be mounted anywhere from front to rear as your application requires. All other exposed top areas will be covered with a durable rubber matting. Standard mounting leaves 6" front and rear. If your mounting will be different, please specify location when you place your order so the rubber matting can be installed accordingly.

TBF Toe Base Frame

The quick, efficient, stable way to add more height to a rack or console, or to allow additional clearance for chairs or operator toes. All standard toe bases are recessed 3" from the front of the enclosure and are 4" tall. Available in all widths or depths.
