CMP Flush Mount Doors are designed for use as front and rear access doors on all Rack, Console and Desk frames. The 16 gage steel doors mount to the front or rear mounting angle of the frame. When installed, they rest flush with the outside of the rack frame when closed, and swing a full 180° when open to provide complete access to equipment.
EDF solid doors offer an attractive, unobtrusive appearance for most applications. If heat venting is required, our louvered doors provide two rows of louvers with 1.25 square inches of open ventilation per louver. A window type door is also available upon request, with your choice of color for the plexiglass window (EDFW).
All flush mount doors can be specified for either left or right hand hinge, giving you more design flexibility. Standard features include a satin finished recessed pull handle, foam gasketing, cam-type key lock and mounting hardware. You can also choose from eight (8) standard textured finishes, or a custom color.
When extra clearance is required for equipment, CMP’s surface mount doors are the answer. These 16 gage steel doors mount to the surface of the frame with 1/4-20 screws, allowing you to mount equipment to the front or rear frame mounting angles.
When closed, the door extends 1" beyond the frame. The door will also swing a full 270° in the open position, allowing maximum access to equipment.

Similar in installation to our EDS doors (left), but with the addition of a 1/4"; smoke gray #2064 plexiglass window (other colors of plexiglass available upon request). Great for use with monitoring equipment where a quick view of equipment is required. Includes satin finished pull handle, foam gasketing, cam-type key lock and mounting hardware.
ORDERING NOTES FOR ALL DOORS
For louvered doors, add the suffix -LV to your ordering number (example: EDS-1914-LV).
Specify -R for right hand hinge, -L for left hand hinge.
