SB Support Brackets

Extra heavy rack mount equipment requires extra support. CMP support brackets let you provide that support where and when you need it.

All CMP support brackets are manufactured from prime 12 gage steel and zinc plated with a dichromate finish for long, corrosion-free life. Sold in pairs. NOTE: (2) additional mounting angles are required if SBs are not full depth. Also, full depth SBs cannot be used if frame has outlet power strips, copper bus bar or runway for cables.

ASB Adjustable Support Brackets

CMP’s adjustable support brackets provide extra support for heavy equipment, and make it easy to include non-rack mountable equipment into your rack. The side members move inward to provide solid, reliable support regardless of equipment width.

NOTE: Two (2) additional mounting angles are required if ASBs are not full depth. All CMP adjustable support brackets are manufactured from prime 12 gage steel and zinc plated with a dichromate finish for long, corrosion-free life.

MX Mounting Angles

If your application requires additional mounting angles, CMP offers five different options to meet your needs. All are manufactured from prime 11 gage steel with the standard E.I.A. repeating hole pattern, and are zinc plated with a dichromate finish. NOTE: All CMP enclosures are supplied with four or six mounting angles per the
specific product information. These mounting angles are for design options outside the capabilities of the supplied units.

MX -- Both legs of the mounting angle have 9/32" dia. clearance holes.
MXT -- One leg is tapped with a 10-32 thread; the other leg has 9/32" dia. holes.
MXF -- These flat mounting angles have two rows of 9/32" dia. holes which allow equipment to be mounted at different depths inside the enclosure without the interference a standard formed angle may have.
MXR -- These angles may be used to reduce a 24" wide panel opening down to a standard 19" mounting. One leg is tapped with a 10-32 thread. The other leg has 9/32" dia. holes.
MX-T/S -- Reduces a 24" panel width down to a standard 23" telephone-type mounting. One leg is tapped with a 10-32 thread. The other leg has 9/32" dia. holes.

NOTE: If shorter depth shelves, support brackets or adjustable support brackets are to be used in an enclosure, order two (2) additional mounting angles.
