CMP side panels offer an outstanding combination of equipment protection, operator safety and attractive appearance.
All are made from prime 16 gage steel, and all include poly foam gasketing around the inside for a secure fit. You can also choose from eight (8) standard textured finishes, or order your own custom color.
Specific panels include:
VRS -- Flat solid side panels that are 1/16" thick. Four (4) to eight (8) studs are welded to the inside to allow mounting on the inside of the frame.
VRSF -- Formed side panels that are 5/8" thick. Four (4) to eight (8) studs are welded to the inside to allow mounting on the inside of the frame.
VRS-LV and VRSF-LV -- Versions of the above panels which include two rows of louvers to help in the ventilation of heat.
VRSF-ER -- Specially designed 5/8" thick panels that easily lift off the frame when frequent access to the side of the enclosure is required. Also available with louvers by adding the suffix -LV.
Ordering Examples
Rack frame part number is EVR-1978-30. If lift-off side panels are required, the side panel part number would be VRSF-3078-ER.
Rack frame part number is EVR-2424-18. If louvered flat side panels are required, the side panel part number is VRS-1824-LV.
